We have invested in modern winemaking and vinification equipment. Our cellar is equipped with the latest technologies: 3500 hl thermo-regulated tanks.
BUILDING
1991
Creation of a new storage building.
- 1000 m2 of functional buildings with ventilation and air conditioning.
- 4000 hl of additional vat room including glass concrete vats.
VINTAGE

The family has always used traditional methods, but it has also constantly invested in functional, modern equipment to improve quality and efficiency while respecting the environment.
- We have our latest generation harvesting machine with an on-board destemmer, which is the guarantee of being able to harvest at the ideal time.
- Gravity harvest reception with sorting of the harvest.
